My Bio

With a background in real estate development, Sergio has been in the position of buyer, investor and seller many times over. He brings not only that knowledge, but also that empathy and integrity, to all his client’s transactions.

In addition, his personal experience enables him to enhance service to the next level. Sergio is bilingual, and has extensive training from the Graduate Realtor Institute as well as being an alumnus of CSULB School of Engineering.

Right from the onset of his real estate career, Sergio made impression on his peers, from being voted “Rookie of the Year” during his first year, and continuing in this vein, earning “Top Listing Agent” and “Associate of the Year.” He’s earned the distinction of consistently being one of the top 16% of Coldwell Banker Internationally and has been honored several times over as “Top Buyers’ Agent” for Coldwell Banker Star Realty. Now with Main Street REALTORS, he has taken real estate to the next level.

His peers continue to recognize his contributions to various charities and organizations operating on local, regional, national and international levels. Sergio’s philosophy is that the world would be that much better if every home adopted a charity. He has a passion for education, environment, leadership development and human rights issues. He offers clients opportunity to assist the restoration of California’s last preservable river estuary, our own Los Cerritos Wetlands where the San Gabriel River meets the Pacific.
